This unique blend stimulates brain function & efficiency, helps the brain retain information, improves memory recall and promotes concentration & clarity. It is restorative & balancing, while calming nerves. All of this is a result of essential oils working directly with the Limbic system of the brain, via the nose.
This is one of my personal favorites! It was created for myself when I was in school and had a hard time concentrating & testing. It helped me retain information while studying, and when it came time for testing, I used it again to calm my nerves & help recall what I had studied.

Contains 100% pure essential oils of Lavender (Lavendula angustofolia), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Lemon (Citrus limonum), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) & Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus).

**All synergies are highly concentrated & should be diluted before topical application. Read all warnings on label before use**

Directions: There are several methods of use when it comes to synergies. Which one you choose depends on your lifestyle. For this particular blend, the first 3 methods will prove most effective. Choose one method, or mix it up each day! Here are a few examples of uses:

~Place 1-3 drops on a tissue and store in a sealed bag (like a ziplock). Pull out & place tissue over nose, take several slow, deep breaths through nose. Repeat as needed. This method is great for people in constant motion.

~Inhale directly from bottle, moving bottle side to side across both nostrils (avoid contact with skin), taking 3-5 slow, deep breathes through nose. Repeat as needed.

~Add 15 drops to 1 fl ounce of vegetable oil (or base of your choice) for massage or body oil.

~Add 8-12 drops (depending on size of room & duration of use) to a room diffuser (with water) & diffuse for at least 30 minutes

~Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath after getting in. For best results, close shower curtain. Lie in bath for at least 10 minutes, taking slow, deep breathes through the nose.
